The Univercity of Tokyo Piano Club (often mentioned as "P-kai" by members) has more than 30-year history and about 200 members. We hold concerts 4 times a year, and enjoy other various events together. Feel free to visit us at Campus Plaza A301 in the Komaba Campus. Usually students practice on the Komaba Campus in the specified room during periods when they don't haveclass. Many of the members are Todai students, but you can make friends withe other university club members as well. There isn't a specific day, but once a month there is a meeting on Komaba campus where group events are gone over while eating snacks. There are four large recitals a year and combined events with other universities once every 1-2 months. There is also a concert party in the autumn and a Christmas party, and other events to give members a chance to get to know each other better.

There are about 200 members ranging from first year students to doctoral candidates. It is fine to join even as beginner. You can practice at your pace and spend a wonderful time with the piano.

Entrance Fee 3000yen plus annual 4000 yen (1st or 2nd year student) or 2000 yen(3rd year student on) plus 1000 yen (2years) Concert performes must pay concert fees.
